Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Exclusions:
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Additionally, personalised items, including custom-made or engraved products, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@archiv3d.co.uk and include your original order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items:
